i weigh 350 pounds.

thats a lot, and i know.

im doing what i can to get smaller.

im starting with what i eat, then i am going to implement excercise once i get a hang of the eating part.

im not going on a diet, im just cutting out food i dont need (like sodas) im having wheat bread instead of white bread, and skipping the mannaise.

im also drinking a lot of water.

this is day one of my new life.
